"Extraordinary depends on what I do with the ordinary" . The book is a slap on your face if you think there is nothing wrong with you and everything is wrong with the world and the people around! . This read comes with a lot of insights and messages to reflect on. I won't call it a self-help book but something you need to read to understand the idea and reasoning of everything, better! . The thoughts that are written are promising and helpful. Few chapters are really interesting and it gets better depending on how you consume it. Not a kind of book you read in one sitting! Pick it up, read a few chapters, ponder and think, implement and move to next when you are actually prepared. The purpose is to read it as you experience situations in your day to day life.

One of the most insightful, sarcastic, entertaining yet knowledgeable reads you'll ever have. Backed by a lot of humour as the writer is known for his wildly humourous and insightful comics and cartoons. I don't think that I've ever laughed this much & hard from a science or non-fiction book.
The gist of the book goes to: Let's stop and recall for a moment the most absurd thing that ever crossed your mind. As geeky (or silly) as, what if the sun goes out? Well, your childhood (for me it's adulthood too!) curiosities were not stupid & yes we have an answer for this! Like a real scientific answer!

After dedicating so much time on nutrient & health reads this year, this one did hit different! A much needed logical drill through my head. Probably the book I would now recommend as the place to start if you're planning to move towards a healthy lifestyle without getting sick! It answers most of my WHYs with food and body process & not just the what! A complete job of breaking down why the calories in/calories out model doesn't sufficiently explain the underlying causes of obesity.
Don't get mislead with the title! Read it even if you are not obese.
